Standard Terms of Business

• Complete Costing & Negotiation Service
  Maximum 6.75% of Profit Costs drawn (guaranteed no further cost for converting a Schedule to a Bill of Costs - only additional costs would be for preparation of Replies to Points of Dispute and attendance at Detailed Assessment at £110/hour).
• Preparation of Schedules & Statements of Costs
  Maximum 3.50% of Profit Costs drawn.
• Preparation of Bills of Costs
  Maximum 6.00% of Profit Costs drawn.
• All other work charged at £110/hour or by agreement.

As we aim to be flexible with our clients, we would ask that you contact our General Manager, Martin Walsh to discuss improved terms of business. We are always willing to offer preferential terms for high value & volume work.

Payment Terms

Our standard terms provide for invoices to be paid within 30 days. However, we are happy to offer extended credit terms to regular clients on request.
